In the United States, everyone already has right to Life, Liberty and Property and not to be deprived without due process of law. Abortion is illegal, unless you find a capital crime he/she is guilty of, and prove them guilty (or get a confession) beyond a reasonable doubt and get it sentenced to capital punishment. Course brain sucking isn’t one of the usually approved death penalties. I would love to see this, an unborn child in a suit, a prosecutor making the case, all the way to how they get the chair in her womb.
