Because there is an instilled class system, be ranked with a party, be ranked fiscally enough to take the time to bother 25 to 100 voters in a region (panhandle for nomination) signatures, pay the state one grand you need before hand even if you get this back. With a class system there is no democrasy (true one) without any form of democrasy there is no election (real one); then again the fact that there is a Executive that is chosen by blood and not by fair election would nullify such a myth in itself. Yet you'd think they'd try to avoid the earlier issues so I didn't just think of that.

Legally as I have reiterated in my campaign and expected my supporters to follow in their individual endevours, their are Sign Bylaws and if someone breaks it in Vancouver by not posting it on a cylender or their own window and on public lamps and light pillars and so on you can contact this fellow (Alan Rockett). Vandalism is not free speech. Indivdiuals being supported are hard cases but organized work is, and don't by the "we can't afford ads" crap, they can afford that glue, all I have is 99 cents worth of London Drugs scotch tape now and cheeper crap before from around the house, so they have money and backing; I use the cylenders, even know I support more of them.

Libertarian Party Statement of Principles
We, the members of the Libertarian Party, support the following principles:
1. Each individual has the right to his or her own life, and this right is the source of all other rights.
2. Property rights are essential to the maintenance of those rights.
3. In order that these rights be respected, it is essential that no individual or group initiate the use of force or fraud against any other.
4. In order to bar the use of force or fraud from social relationships and to place the use of retaliatory force under objective control, human society requires an institution charged with the task of protecting individual rights under an objective code of rules. This is the basic task of, and the only moral justification for, government.
5. The only proper functions of government whose powers must be constitutionally limited, are:
(a) Settling, according to objective laws, disputes among individuals, where private , voluntary arbitration has failed;
(b) Providing protection from criminals;
(c) Providing protection from foreign invaders.
6. As a consequence of all the above, every individual, as long as he or she respects the rights of others, has the right to live as he or she alone sees fit, as a free trader on a free market.
Our Constitution provides for two types of membership: Member and Voting Member. Only Voting Members may vote at Party conventions, hold elected office or appointed positions in the Party or run as candidates for the Party.

STV: Serving [a] Totalitarian Vision; It's a mixed system of a messed up proportional "representation" and preferential balloting, a voting system designed to appeal pragmatists, or political cowards, to vote; a system designed to elect even more MLAs, ignoring enumerations. It is a system that would licence a fixed election from a referndum, which is a vote that guarantees a rabble response and is a rabble vote.
What the media ignores about the "anti-prohibitionist" Marijuana Party is that they even admit to supporting sin taxes and will ad it to "legalized" Marijuana, quotationed because there is more freedom with a illegal drug than with a cruel and unusual fine or sin tax attached to the sale. It's not worth bigger government or more taxes; esp. based on purchase discrimination. By sin taxing it you are saying it's bad but you just want your cut.
A moral victory is a vote that counts, principles are worth more than voting for the announced winner.
