The purpose of the Party is to bring about the election of BC Libertarian Party candidates to the British Columbia Legislative Assembly and Canadian Legislature, in National Elections (While BC remains in a part of Canada), registered as both a Provincial and Federal Party in promoting the following core principles;

2.5.4.1.8. Regional Caucus Chair
2.5.4.1.8.1. Term duration is one year from the time elected. The Regional Caucus Chair
remains in their position for one year from the date of their election until they
step down or are removed by the Regional Caucus or members in a vote of
no-confidence.
2.5.4.1.8.2. To be elected by the Party Regional Caucus.
2.5.4.1.8.3. May only serve two consecutive terms.
2.5.4.1.9. Executive Director
2.5.4.1.9.1. Term duration is one year from the date elected. Party Executive Directors remain
in their position for one year from the date of their election until they step down
or are removed by members in a vote of no-confidence.
2.5.4.1.9.2. There shall be a minimum of two titled directors to serve as Outreach and Policy
Team Leaders.
2.5.4.1.9.3. Additional titled director positions may be created at the President’s discretion.
2.5.4.1.9.4. No consecutive term limit
2.5.4.1.10. A member may only hold one position on the Executive Council at any given time.

2.5.4.1.8.1. Term duration is two years from the date elected. The Party Treasurer remains in
their position for four years from the date of their election until they step down or
are removed by members in a vote of no-confidence.
2.5.4.1.8.2. No consecutive term limits.
2.5.4.1.9. Regional Caucus Chairs
2.5.4.1.9.1. Term duration is the length of CA President of it’s Constitution. Consists of CA Presidents.
2.5.4.1.9.2. To be elected by the Party Constituency Associations.
2.5.4.1.9.3. Terms limited by CA Constitution.
2.5.4.1.10. Outreach Chair
2.5.4.1.10.1. Term duration is one year from the date elected. Party Executive Directors remain
in their position for one year from the date of their election until they step down
or are removed by members in a vote of no-confidence.

Executive Council is voting on matters that in any way relates to the business of the
Ethics Committee or could be construed as a matter of ethics, the Ethics Committee
Chair must recuse themselves from said vote.
